We have to learn the science of excess weight…. it is not just unattractive blubber – it is TOXICITY and it is making you fat, sick and nearly dead! In fact these excess pounds or kilos WILL end up killing you if you don’t address them before it is too late.

As always, we must look for the CAUSE.

Are we simply eating too much? Your conscience is your best guide here, you KNOW if you are too much. Our stomachs are the size of our fist. Or should I say the SHOULD only be the size of your fist. So never eat more that the size of your fist on your plate!

The next thing to realise is that OUR bodies comprise trillions of CELLS. They are absolutely dependent on what we put into our mouths to sustain them. They are desperate for oxygen, electricity, hydrogen, vitamins and minerals in living enzymes, (herbs, fruit, vegetables, seeds, nuts and green plant.) Genesis 1:29 and 30.

These cells will CRAVE food UNTIL YOU GIVE THEM WHAT THEY WANT. SO THE FAT PERSON ON AN UNHEALTHY MEAT AND DAIRY, PROCESSED FOOD DIET IS ALWAYS HUNGRY, NEVER SATISFIED. AND THEY KEEP ON PUTTING ON WEIGHT UNTIL THEY KILL THEMSELVES WITH TOXICITY.
