What a lovely, raw, EASY recipe!

  • One ripe avocado, spooned into the blender
  • one ripe tomato, chopped
  • the juice of half a lime
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander
  • 4 chopped spring onions
  • Quarter of a mild chilli, de-seeded
  • A dash of freshly ground black pepper

Simply blend well, for a full minute
Serve with flax crackers or other dehydrated flat breads
