What a lovely, raw, EASY recipe!
- One ripe avocado, spooned into the blender
- one ripe tomato, chopped
- the juice of half a lime
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander
- 4 chopped spring onions
- Quarter of a mild chilli, de-seeded
- A dash of freshly ground black pepper
Simply blend well, for a full minute
Serve with flax crackers or other dehydrated flat breads
