Flesh of 2 ripe avocados
2 ripe tomatoes, roughly chopped
Half a chile (according to how hot you like your guacamole!)
1 finely chopped clove of garlic
Squeeze of fresh lime Juice
Chopped fresh cilantro
a desert spoon of extra virgin olive oil
Sprinkling of Himalayan sea salt

Either “pulse blend” the ingredients, or blend until creamy, as you prefer!
Delicious either way!
