So looking forward to being back at home in Jersey this summer!   Come and join me for the sparkling new Get Well Stay Well course.   I am constantly updating the information!   I teach from 5-8 pm which  gives you all day to enjoy the sunshine, beaches, walks and tourist attractions of our beautiful island.   By finishing at 8 p.ml you still have time to enjoy a leisurely dinner at the hotel with friends and family.   Just e mail me to apply for the course as it is restricted to like minded people in a relaxed learning atmosphere.   See you there!
