1 ripe Avocado sliced

8 ripe Asparagus tips steamed and softened, then chopped into one inch pieces

2 tablespoons of flax oil

2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed lemon juice

Himalayan salt to taste

Quarter cup of fresh green basil, finely chopped.

 

Method

Combine the avocado, asparagus in a salad dish

Mix the remaining ingredients in a jar, cover and shake well

Pour the dressing over the avocado and asparagus
